CMD Recruitment are recruiting for a UK registered Charity  who are working in the Dorset area. The Charity is  committed to providing quality employment services to disadvantaged members of the community through a range of programmes within the Welfare to Work sector 
A vacancy exists for a  competent Quality Support Co-ordinator to support the financial claims and quality of delivery of a European Social Funded project in conjunction with the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund on the Building Better Opportunities project in Dorset.
 

 
Job Purpose
  • To support the Claims Management Process across European Social Fund/Big Lottery funded provision
  • To validate submitted claims for approval
  • To ensure the Company maximises its funding from the funding bodies
  • Flexibility to multi-task and react quickly and confidently to changing situations and business priorities
  • Validate claims to ensure that all European Social Fund and Big Lottery requirements are met, and all financial claims are made in a timely manner
  • Undertake monthly reconciliation of financial claims using CRM systems to ensure maximum performance is achieved, all claims are valid and all systems match up
  • To provide full assurance on the validation of financial claims through compliance audit arrangements
  • To support the quality of delivery through the undertaking of audits
 
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Validate claims to ensure that all European Social Fund/Big Lottery Fund requirements are met
  • To ensure financial claims are made in a timely manner for submission to Claims Officer
  • Identify and report on any process, system or user issues that result in the creation of invalid claims
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with key stakeholders
  • Assist with the Compliance/Quality Monitoring programme
  • Maintain accurate records for the Quality Department ensuring a complete audit trail is present for all financial claims
  The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience 
  • Competent in the use of Excel
  • Excellent IT skills using the full range of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with Management
  • Drive and ability to work in a fast paced environment with a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes and a demonstrated ability to exceed targets
  • Experience of compliance audits within the Welfare to Work or Skills sector
  • Excellent planning, coordination, administration, organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrates sound judgement and the confidence to provide feedback
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, dependent and committed holding personal values appropriate to the charitable status of the organisation
  • Experience within a Quality Team
  • Experience of undertaking audit checks and sampling
