Accounts Assistant
Permanent and Part Time (22.5 hrs/week)
£18000 - £20000 (pro rata)
East Swindon

Are you an experienced accounts assistant? Can you confidently work well as part of a team? Have you got strong MS Office skills, including Excel? 

If you have answered YES then CMD has a super opportunity for you! 

Working as part of a small finance team the purpose of your role is to help prepare accounts for a number of my clients businesses. Key duties will include:
  • Inputting invoices
  • Reconciling control accounts
  • Inputting payments/receipts
  • Preparing payroll to be sent to an external payroll company
  • General accounting duties
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a background in a similar role with accounting knowledge gained by qualification or experience. You will be confident user os MS Office especially Excel and candidates with Sage and/or Quickbooks experience will be of great interest.
