Temporary Assignment for 6 months

A fantastic temporary assignment has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join an expanding organisation in Chippenham. You will be working within a busy Customer Service department, where you will be following up on emails sent to customers, ensuring they are receiving the best price for their product.
- Liaising with existing customers via telephone
- Resolving queries
- Responding to customer emails
- Updating and maintaining the in-house database
- General administration
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Experience of updating databases and able to keep accurate records
- Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm (37.5 hours per week) and the odd Saturday 9am -5pm (with a day off during the week) with 60 minutes for lunch.
