Temporary Assignment for 3 Weeks
Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator? Do you enjoy a variety of administration and customer service? If the answer is YES, then this could be the temporary opportunity for you!
My client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Chippenham for the next 3 weeks. You will be contacting customers to update their account details, ensuring all information is accurate and correct.
- Liaising with customers
- Updating and maintaining the in-house database
- Entering information on Excel spreadsheets
- General administration
- Previous customer service/administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional but personable telephone manner
