Customer Service Administrator
£10.91 per hour + Holiday
Chippenham, Wiltshire
On-going Temporary Assignment

Do you previous customer service or administrator experience? Are you seeking a busy and diverse temporary assignment in the Chippenham area? Well if so, then this could be the position for you!

My client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and well established team in Chippenham. This temporary assignment will be on an on-going basis, therefore you must be able to commit during this time. 

Job specifications:

 

  • Liaising with customers
  • Booking appointments
  • Resolving queries
  • Updating and maintaining the database
  • General administration

Person specifications:

 

 

  • Previous customer service/administration experience
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Good level of IT knowledge
  • Organised and methodical approach
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours of work will be Monday – Friday (37 hours per week), however the office is open from 7.30am – 6pm so you will be working a 7.5 hour day during this period.

*Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be beneficial*
