Are you a people person with exceptional customer service skills? Do you have a background in administration? Can you work well under pressure as well as managing your own workload? Can you work every other Saturday?

If the answer is YES, CMD may have the right opportunity for you!

Working as part of a small team you will be the first point of contact for customers, both face to face and over the phone. Key duties will include:

  • Answering telephone queries
  • Processing invoices
  • Taking bookings
  • Providing customer service and administrative support.

The successful candidate will have past Customer Service experience, ideally from an office based environment, as well as strong administrative skills. As the successful candidate you will work closely with your line managers to ensure the smooth running of the office so it is essential you are organised and able to manage your own workload.

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to work Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am-4.00am.
